The Northern Kingdom, ancestral home of the wind caste. The great flat land is the keymark of this kingdom, though their great mountain range also gives great fame to the kingdom. It is bitterly cold in this kingdom, so much so that those that live here have developed thick coats to deal with it, even on their trim bodies. During the winter, it is a dangerous time to be out for too long, and it is not uncommon to come across bodies in the spring, during the thaw.

Good soil and strong roots. Those of the East cling to a special heritage of being the source of all power for those of the Earthen elements. The Eastern Kingdom was once one of the strongest military powers on Zenith, and that pride still runs deep within these well centered creatures. Deep deciduous forests, low mountains, a jagged coast, and massive features, encompass this territory. The East is usually mild in climate, but prone to long and deadly winters, some that can last well into spring or summer.

The west is a place of water and those that thrive on it. Jungles, swamps, lakes, generally, it is a very damp and humid place. However, the equines that live here like it that way. The ancestral home of the water caste is mostly thick jungle, filled with trees twining around each other, vines choking the trees, and the creatures that live to eat one another. Within the thick boundaries of it all, swamps, pits, and other things can be found, but you wouldn't want that, would you?

The South

The Kingdom of heat and fire. From savannahs to deserts, the south is a place of sun and heat. A low tolerance to both, may find you on the wrong end of fate. The south is a massive geographic area, and in their attempt to catalogue the world, those who first set the borders of Zenith, might have been a little hasty in claiming of land, as a large chunk of the kingdom is desert. In days of old, the Lions ruled as the kings they were said to represent, repressing any other caste or species who attempted to threaten their rule. Now, as time has progressed, perfect equality is still a hard thing to find in the South, but like all the world, they try.
